The way to enlightenment

Helen Keller

Self-pity is our worst enemy and if we yield to it,
we can never

do anything wise in this world.

I recently acquired an injury.
One which left me to lay in bed
for almost 7 days. I took this
time to reflect on the

one’s who
live this life....
Whether it be a temporary injury,
or a permanant state of non-mobility.

And what "I" found with this situation

was...
There was no reason to feel helpless,
There was no reason to feel like a burden,
I was humbled and blessed by those who
offered to

help with some of the simplest tasks!

To understand that I could lay there and meditate on
my healing and utilize my brain to relax the pain -

Was Enlightening!!!

And to be able to create -
Wow!! My mind was cranking ideas out so fast...
I had to keep a special notebook just for

those ideas!

I guess what I am trying to share with you is -

Even if a "situation" arises that you think is a set back...

It’s only an

Opportunity to be more creative with your
"Self" and your imagination!!

Don’t see this as a "Burden"!
See it as a Moment of Enlightenment!

One in which family and friends can reach out!

Thank You for taking the time to read this!

And always Remember -

You

are Always Amazing!!

Never Broken!!

Repeat after me:

"I am Whole, Perfect, Strong, Powerful,
Loving, Harmonious &

Happy!"

"I am Wealth, I am Abundance, I am Joy!"
