The Law of Attraction: Do you know why you’re here?

Do you know why you’re here? No, not here reading this blog, but

here on planet Earth, at this time, this season and at this point in your life?

Life is very complicated and full of life

lessons. If we take the time to slow down and learn life’s lessons, I suspect that we would be nicer, pleasanter people and

the world would be a better place to leave. That is, if everyone knew their “why.”

We are given skills and tools to

help us “find” ourselves and match our personality up with others. Sometimes this will work, but at other times, it may not.

We simply have to tap within, deep within ourselves to find out why. We should spend a significant amount of quiet time

on this one to be sure we got it right.

Today is a treasure

given to me in the same quantity of seconds,
minutes, and hours that are given to other men.

I am

determined
not to waste time in worrying about what might happen,
but to invest my time in making things

happen.

I will not think
of what could be done if I were different.
I’m not different. I will do with what I

have.

I will not say, "If I could find the time...."
because I will not find time for anything.
If I want time, I’ll

have to make it.

I will begin by doing
and not wasting the precious time I have.

I will seek to improve

myself
because I will be needed and
I must not be found wanting.

Doing the necessary, avoiding the

unnecessary, I will
live today fully -- as though it were my last day on earth.
Don’t expect to find me waiting for

tomorrow --
It never comes.
